About the project

The exhibition “The Persecution of the Jews in Photographs. The Netherlands 1940-1945” is an initiative of the NIOD Institute for War, Holocaust and Genocidestudies in Amsterdam. From 28 January to 6 October 2019, the exhibition was on display at the National Holocaust Museum. With close to 55,000 visitors, “The Persecution of the Jews in Photographs” was a major success.
